In the Performance Lab we offer custom Running Evaluations and offer suggestions for proper shoes, stretching, strengthening and training suggestions.
We look at the athlete:
Non- weight bearing on the table assessing flexibility, strength (core and lower extremity)
Weight bearing statically and dynamically.
By assessing in all of these environments we can do a video review and show you your mechanics with supportive shoes or with use of orthotics. Based on the video review can offer training suggestions and specific drills to improve performance.
